​MEET SHELLYE ARCHAMBEAU

Ms. Archambeau is the CEO of MetricStream, a Silicon Valley-based, Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Quality Management software company that helps companies around the world improve their business performance. Under Ms. Archambeau's leadership, MetricStream has grown into a recognized global market leader with nearly 2000 employees around the world. 

 

She served on the Board of Directors, and the Audit and Technology committees for media research company, Arbitron, Inc. [NYSE: ARB] from 2005 until acquired by Nielsen in 2013. She currently serves on the board of directors of Nordstrom Inc., and Verizon Communications Inc.

 

Ms. Archambeau is a sought after speaker who has presented on GRC issues around the world to Fortune 500 corporations, members of Congress, and associations including IIA, ISACA, and NASDAQ.  In April 2013, Ms. Archambeau was named the “#2 Most Influential African American in Technology” by Business Insider.

​MEET CHITRA NAYAK

Chitra Nayak has 20+ years of experience across companies spanning technology, financial services, and management consulting. Most recently she was COO, Funding Circle USA, a leading online SMB lending marketplace in the Fintech space, where she led all Go-To-Market functions, including marketing, sales and partnerships.

 

Prior experience includes executive positions at market-leading companies in technology and financial services, including Salesforce, where she served as COO Platform, and Schwab, where she ran Sales Strategy and Operations. Before Salesforce, Chitra was VP of Membership Product Management for AAA Northern California. 

 

Chitra has served on the boards of the Randall Museum in San Francisco, and of SF Works. 

 

Chitra has an MBA from Harvard Business School where she graduated with Distinction, an MS in Engineering from Cornell University and a BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

​MEET ARTHUR WOODS

Arthur Woods is an entrepreneur, speaker and writer on the future of work. He is the co-founder and COO of Imperative, the first professional platform to help people manage a fulfilling career. 

 

Arthur previously led operations for YouTube EDU at Google where he oversaw operations of YouTube for Schools.

He previously co-founded the Compass Fellowship, the world's largest collegiate social enterprise training program, in over 18 universities worldwide. He also co-founded Out in Tech, the largest technology meet-up for New York's LGBT community.

 

Arthur studied Operations and information Management at Georgetown University and Project Management at Stanford University. He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and sits on the Boards of the Sierra Institute, Georgetown Technology Alliance and Compass Partners.

​MEET STACY PARSON

Stacy Parson is a Partner at The Dignitas Agency, where she asks the question – “What’s possible? – then crafts experiences to invite that. Her Breakthrough Belief is “I do hard things.”

 

She coaches and consults with VPs, EVPs and Presidents in Fortune 50 companies, start up and emerging teams with big aspirations, and techsters who are determined to change the world.  She created and implemented the “Career Development at Yahoo!” workshop – Delivered to 2,000 people in 15 countries, generating a 7% increase in employee engagement in 6 months.  She’s known for facilitating compelling visions, inspiring others to action , and strengthening platforms for delivering results. 

 

Stacy was part of the Stanford Women’s Basketball 1990 NCAA Champion Team, is a 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo and is an essential oil enthusiast – a student of how aroma cultivates emotions and mindsets that inspire action.  

​MEET LAFAWN BAILEY

LaFawn Davis Bailey is the Head of Culture and Inclusion at PayPal. Most recently she was PayPal's Director of Communications focused on HR Initiatives. Prior to joining the PR and Communications organization at eBay Inc., she grew a robust career in People Operations spanning 10 years at Google and Yahoo.

 

Throughout her career, LaFawn has cultivated her passion for diversity and inclusion through brand equity, strategy and data analysis, deepening relationships and strengthening communication channels within underrepresented communities in the technology industry.

Prior to Google, LaFawn enjoyed a varied career across operational management, engineering project management and business systems analysis. She attended San Jose State University with a focus on International Business and has held unique roles for Silicon Valley technology and financial companies such as Analog Devices, Quinstreet, Inc. and Providian Financial.

​MEET HELEN LOH

Helen Loh is Senior Vice President of Content & Digital Marketing at Charles Schwab.

 

Ms. Loh oversees Schwab’s branded marketing channels, including Schwab.com, digital and print publications, and Schwab’s presence on search engines and in social media.

 

In addition, Loh is responsible for Schwab’s brand publishing organization, focusing on creating useful content to influence the digitally and socially empowered investor. 

Ms. Loh has over 20 years of marketing experience with Fortune 500 brands and Silicon Valley startups, from consumer brand management to B2B software.

 

She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business. 
 

​MEET NONI ALLWOOD

Noni Allwood’s career spans over 20 years as an executive, entrepreneur and innovator. Her corporate career includes senior roles for Fortune 500 companies, including Cisco, Tandem Computers, and Exxon Corporation. As an entrepreneur, she is founder of Noni Allwood & Associates and managing partner of Innovo21. In the area of Diversity and Inclusion, Ms.Allwood is a Senior Fellow & Senior Advisor to the Center for Talent Innovation.

She is a member of the Advisory Boards to the Gender Equality Principles Initiative of the City and County of San Francisco.  Ms. Allwood has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Centroamericana (El Salvador) and completed the Stanford University School of Business Executive Program.

 

In June of 2008, Mexican American Community Services Agency of San Jose, California named Ms. Allwood one of the “Most Influential Latinos in Silicon Valley”.

​MEET ANGELA WONG

Angela Wong joined LinkedIn in 2014 to work on bringing HR excellence to the sales organization.

 

Throughout her career, Angela has been involved in hiring, retaining and inspiring top talent. She is a coach and mentor, a strong business partner and a champion for STEM and Women in Technology in the companies that she has been a part of.  Angela is passionate about supporting women to be the best versions of themselves.

 

Previous to Linkedin, she has worked at Salesforce.com, Yahoo and Target Corp.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Irvine.


 

​MEET ELIZABETH BORGES

Elizabeth is the Program Manager for Women's Leadership at Everwise. She runs EverwiseWomen, a 12-month, cross-organization leadership experience that connects women leaders with the resources and relationships they need to be successful. EverwiseWomen currently has cohorts in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York City, and will be expanding to LA and Chicago in fall 2016.

 

Previously, Elizabeth worked as a Research and Innovation Consultant at Seek Company, where she leveraged empathy and human-centered design to help companies develop new product and commercial innovation. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Princeton University.

​MEET RAJKUMARI NEOGY

Rajkumari Neogy works with individuals and organizations to make transformative and sustainable shifts. Over the last 20 years, she has worked with Shuddle, Cisco Systems, Facebook, Sony, Adobe, JVC and Amazon among others. In 2013 she founded iRestart, providing expertise in leadership development, diversity & inclusion and mentorship.

 

As a Certified Master Trainer and Neuro-Linguistic Programmer holding a Master's Degree in Transformative Leadership Development from the California Institute of Integral Studies, Rajkumari sits quite comfortably at the intersection of interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), technology and culture and empathic language for business.

​MEET SUNI LOBO

In her role as MD of Talent Development, Suni leads a team of industry experts to craft solutions that attract, onboard, engage and retain world-class talent; enabling SVBers to reach their full potential, while accelerating global business growth.

 

Prior to SVB, Suni was with Cisco Systems for 9 years and held many HR leadership roles in her time there – HR Leader Services APAC, Talent Leader, APJC and most recently Client Facing Leader for Engineering and Global Learning & Development, OD and University Relations Sr. Director, based out of San Jose.

 

Prior to Cisco, Suni worked with ANZ Bank and Standard Chartered Bank in a variety of HR Leadership roles (predominantly in Client Facing and Leadership Development) and Business Strategy roles.

Suni has a Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Accounting, an Advanced Masters (Hons) in OD/Human Resources and is a certified coach.

​MEET MADELYN MACKIE

Madelyn Mackie is  a Certified Career Management Coach, member of the National Resume Writers Association, and former board member of the National Speakers Association.  
 

Madelyn is a lead trainer and senior consultant for the global outplacement firm Lee Hecht Harrison, where she has been assigned to work with VIP clients like the Oakland Raiders, Blue Shield of CA, Chevron, Novartis International AG, and Twitter. 

 

Madelyn draws on her experience of navigating four high-profile careers – the lab (as a published biochemistry researcher), the stage (as a stage and production administrator at four Tony Award-winning theatres), the c-suite (as an officer with the American Red Cross), and the owner’s box (CEO of Madelyn Mackie & Associates, a career management and professional development firm) – to help individuals activate their career dreams.

​MEET KATHY DAVIES

Kathy is a Lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering Department and Managing Director of the d.life lab at Stanford University. She teaches Product Design and leads a team of talented Fellows in delivering the popular course "Designing Your Life.”

 

When not engaged with students, Kathy consults with Silicon Valley companies, teaching design thinking, conducting ethnographic research and developing product strategies.  Her previous experience includes roles as Sr Product Mgr at Arena Solutions, Sr Mgr of Technical Programs at D2M, Inc and Mgr of Mechanical Engineering at nLighten Technologies and Mechanical Engineer at Cardica.  Kathy has 15 years of experience developing electromechanical and software products, and holds 5 patents.

 

Kathy is passionate about the impact that design thinking can have in empowering social change. She has traveled to Myanmar to teach design thinking to budding entrepreneurs with the DeBoer Foundation and works with local community groups to impact engagement in health and wellness initiatives.
