Bennett joined SurveyMonkey in May 2011. Previously, she was VP, Marketing of Yahoo!’s Emerging Markets practice, overseeing all marketing functions in Southeast Asia, South America, India, the Middle East and Africa. Bennett also managed the Yahoo! Buzz Marketing team and developed award-winning programs for non-traditional marketing. Prior to that, she worked at Ogilvy and Manning, Selvage and Lee in New York City. Bennett received a BA in English from The Colorado College and an MS from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Renessa is the creator of the Success and Happiness Test and author of the book Fast Lane, Wrong Direction: Insider Secrets to Redesign Your Success. Renessa holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Stanford University and brings 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial success to her training. Renessa consults to Lee Hecht Harrison and has also advised federal government and non-profit clients with a focus on process reengineering, change management, leadership and talent development. Renessa served as Senior Director for the Corporate Executive Board, and has worked as a strategy consultant for Oliver Wyman, Procter & Gamble and Intel. 

Kathleen Chavez-Rege

Kathleen Chávez Rège is a trusted advisor to Executives and teams in global companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500.  She has worked in the high tech sector for over 20 years. Her passion is partnering with Executives to help shape their organization, its talent, and how it performs.  Native to Silicon Valley, Kathleen holds a B.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.  She is on the board of directors for IEEE Santa Clara Valley Women in Engineering, and LatinaVIDA.

Grant Doster, M.B.A., is a Consultant and trainer with over 25 years in the financial services, CPG, advertising, and entertainment industries including general management for Pepsi, Miller Brewing, and VP Global Sales/Marketing for Disney Consumer Products. He is a public speaker, facilitator, adjunct professor at University of California, University of Redlands, lecturers at USC and other corporate venues. Currently Mr. Doster is Senior Vice President Talent Development for the Western Region of Lee Hecht Harrison.
