Progress around inclusion and equality of women of color in the workplace has been slow  We need to change the game and women of color can't do this alone. Allies are critical.

 

Join the 2017 Breaking Glass Forum for Allyship bringing men and women together to co-create effective allyship strategies and accelerate the inclusion of women of color in leadership.  

 

This will be a safe space for everyone to engage and learn from one another without judgement.  Attendance is limited to 100.

1:45 - 2:45pm  Panel: Real Stories of Allyship. Featuring women of color and their allies sharing practical ways to champion and sponsor those with less privilege.

2:45 - 3:15pm Networking Circles 
 

3:15 - 4:30pm  Workshop: Advocating Effectively as an Ally. Learn key linguistic principles that will help you understand how bias is expressed through language and concrete strategies to mitigate them.
 

4:30 - 5:45pm  Workshop: Taking a Stand for Equality and Justice.  Get ready to activate yourself as a visible and valued strategic ally for underrepresented groups inside your organizations.

5:45 - 6:00pm  Closing Keynote
