Stacey Stevenson

Stacey Stevenson, CEO of Family Equality, is an experienced business leader who has worked in Defense, Technology, and Finance senior roles. They were most recently Senior Managing Director at Charles Schwab and Co. in Westlake, Texas, where they oversaw major initiatives, including Voice Technology, Digital, and Talent. While at Charles Schwab, they tirelessly advocated for creating a safe and inclusive space for all in the workplace in their roles as local and National co-chair for Schwab’s Pride ERG and through the partnerships they established with multiple LGBTQ non-profits.

Jenny Cheng

 Jenny Cheng is a VP & GM at Google, leading the product and engineering teams that enable consumers fast, secure access to everyday essentials in Google Wallet. Prior to Google, Jenny was a VP at PayPal focused on Merchant & Partner Products, the Chief Product Officer at InsideView (now Demandbase) and an early VP of Product & Technology at Salesforce. She was the executive sponsor for the creation of PayPal's Pan-Asian ERG and is also passionate about sponsoring and mentoring women leaders. Jenny holds a bachelor's degree from University of California at Berkeley. She has served on Boards at both private and not-for-profit companies and lives in the Bay Area with her husband, two daughters and dogs.

Taeshima White

Taeshima White, CFP ®, Senior Vice President, General Manager at Fidelity Investments, is a mother, coach, and established, credentialed leader in financial services for almost two decades. She has spent her career helping people unpack a better tomorrow through her work in financial services as well as within the communities she serves. In addition to launching SheroShift, her newest venture, she is a mom to two boys (Archie and Ace). Previously, she served as Site Leader, Senior Director at Robinhood and in various roles as Charles Schwab. Taeshima is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, The College of Financial Planning, and a self-proclaimed lifelong learner. She believes compassion could be the key to drive more diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging and she has set out to be an example of the possibility in things many people see as impossible.

Gina Rinetti-Vargas

Gina Rinetti-Vargas, M.D., Ph.D. is a Healthcare Data Analytics Scientist at Kaiser Permanente. She grew up in Mexico City, where she went to medical school. Upon graduation, she was invited as a neuro-psychiatric research fellow at UCLA, and ultimately obtained her Ph.D. in neuroscience. Today, Gina applies her scientific, analytics and biomedical background towards workflow optimization within hospital systems at Kaiser Permanente. Throughout her career, Gina has presented her work at international scientific conferences, and has published her work on various peer-reviewed journals. Above all, Gina loves spending time with her family and friends, and volunteering to support leadership paths for professional women.

Cynthia Owyoung

Cynthia Owyoung is the author of "All Are Welcome: How to Build a Real Workplace Culture of Inclusion that Delivers Results," a playbook for driving progress in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) inside organizations. She has established and led DEIB initiatives for 20 years as an executive at organizations across tech, media and financial services, including Robinhood, Charles Schwab and Yahoo!. She’s also the founder of Breaking Glass Forums, where she develops strategies to accelerate more diverse leaders and inclusive organizations. Entrepreneur Magazine recognized Cynthia as a100 Women of Impact in 2021.

Christy Tonge

Christy Tonge is the Head of Coaching for Slate, whose mission is to democratize coaching, making it accessible to mid-level and under-represented leaders, and growing inclusive organizations. Christy is also Founder & Producer of the Leaders Get Real podcast, hosting best-selling authors & experts, and spotllighting authentic leaders in tech and beyond. She is also the Lead for the SF Bay Area “Culture First” community, believing a better world of work is possible.
